AN EVENING OF CONTEMPORARY CHOREOGRAPHY & COUTURE

Visionary voices from the worlds of choreography and couture converse during the company’s annual Fall Fashion Gala. Celebrated for her work’s singular blend of classical and hip-hop styles, choreographer Jennifer Archibald, founder and artistic director of the Arch Dance Company, takes on her first commission for the company in collaboration with designer Robert Wun, while Alysa Pires returns with her second piece for NYCB, created in partnership with Viktor&Rolf, following 2023’s jazz-inflected Standard Deviation. Between these works, Resident Choreographer Justin Peck will premiere a new pas de deux with costumes by Simone Rocha for this festive occasion.
